I am a patient of UH, but today I was at Devon Place to pick up my Thanksgiving box from the Pantry. We were waiting for my bus to come back to pick us up to go home. The attendant was rude to me about my food cart being in the way of patients entering and leaving the diabetic clinic. He waited to be rude to me while my daughter was gone. Man I thought doctors were supposed to help people. I’ve had nothing but problems. From judgement, insensitivity about health issues to being constantly late and not filling my prescription. Then they wanna charge me $200 every visit when they don’t even DO ANYTHING.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!! I am 22 years old and I went to this hospital (OBGYN) for my pregnancy. A week ago I miscarried my baby and it tore me apart emotionally. I was hoping I would receive the treatment I deserved here but the opposite happened. When I found out I miscarried, the doctor immediately started recommending Birth Control instead of giving me time to grieve the loss of MY baby. I’ve being going to u h in Kent Ohio for fifteen years.And the past five years this place has really changed the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. When I have an appointment it takes at least two hours past my appointment time to get seen and My doctor . He always running two or three hours behind. I have severe asthma and when I’ve had an attack it takes up to a week before I can get medication faxed to the pharmacy.
