Nurse's are very rude Dr.Barber is very uneducated and they make you make unnecessary appointments and never gets anything resolved!!When ordering your prescriptions be prepared to wait a week.Very unfriendly staff wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I think Matt Barber, nurse Brittany, and his other staff are friendly and considerate. I am of the opinion that this particular office works very efficiently. I get my questions answered, my refills are promptly sent to pharmacy immediately (yes, I know it CAN take 72 hours but I don't wait even a day), and I get appointments in a timely manner. Thanks!
They don't answer the phone till nearly 10 a.m. even though they open at 8 a.m. All calls are going to answering machine. it's close by so I drove to their office to get an appointment in person. Parking lot was empty. The girl said they were having computer problems. Find a different doctor folks! They let me sit in the parking lot a half hour before I went back in to ask why they hadn't scheduled me. Bare minimum from these employees.
