I’ve been going to Independence Family Practice now for years and have always had a great experience. It’s easy to book an appointment and the new MyChart app that UH is using lets you chat, schedule appointments and view results.
My primary care doctor went on medical leave at this location and no one bothered to tell me. I had to find out from my pharmacy when they couldn't refill my prescription that I'm now out of.
