I utilized Geauga ED twice within a week for strep (it was awful!). Both visits were mostly helpful and staff were (mostly) kind and helpful. I ended up having strep (much more awful as an adult!), received my diagnosis and meds called in. A few days later, with further/different pain and concern about post-strep issues, I returned; the wait was reasonable and the medical staff was excellent! Beware, this ER especially if you get William Lang. My wife was brought to this ER 10-7-2024, she had a UTI, it had started the previous Thursday but found out that the strain she had was antibiotic resistant Monday morning. Monday evening we came in because her infection was getting worse, she spiked a fever, was nauseous and had body aches. I've never had much of a wait during times of needing emergency medical care. The waiting room was super helpful during the power outage. It was the only place available for me to charge my phone.
