My father just had surgery there, and he is raving all great things about the whole experience from ALL the staff being the nicest he's ever met to his Drs and anesthesiologist explaing everything For having to have surgery, he said this has been the best all around experience he's ever had! He said this is HIS hospital from now on! 😁

I utilized Geauga ED twice within a week for strep (it was awful!). Both visits were mostly helpful and staff were (mostly) kind and helpful. I ended up having strep (much more awful as an adult!), received my diagnosis and meds called in. A few days later, with further/different pain and concern about post-strep issues, I returned; the wait was reasonable and the medical staff was excellent!
