DO NOT LIVE HERE The rent is too expensive for these outdated apartments. Carpets are dirty and stained. I was overcharged for utilities every single month. The staff is not helpful and do not respond in a timely manner. I went without a mailbox key for months because they didn’t give me one until months of asking over and over again. The amenities suck. Make sure you read the reviews before signing. I had a lot of friends living here so I just signed because of that. But after dealing with “management” and “maintenance” I realized this place is trash. It took us 6 months of filling out a maintenance request and calling a ghost line/ non response email to a fix a cracked window. Also whenever you move out the security deposit you “don’t have to pay” is threatened because of a $220 “cleaning fee.” Dealing with a broken window and no answers for 6months is already wild, but a ... read more

I really enjoyed my year lease living here! The staff is great, on time, and communicates very well! The amenities are always kept up to date and clean, the community is top tier at this complex, everyone is friendly! I would recommend to a fellow student in need of living.
