Don't come here for anything simple like flu strep or anything like that bc they can't do anything to help you j send you somewhere else for someone else to deal with. University hospitals but I can't come in for having a swollen throat or being sick. Ripoff come on UH step it up.

Dr.s here are amazing
Not sure why they have a low rating here. I’ve been coming here since I was a very small child. All of the doctors nurses and staff have always been very friendly and kind. Even when I lived out in Cleveland, I still made the drive to come to this doctor’s office.
Needs a new secretary. Hung up within seconds saying no new patients and wouldn't offer any help trying to find someone who accepts patients. Refused to let me speak to their boss about how rude she was being
