Great doctors, very nice staff and nurses. But they are SO slow !!! Everything, slow, slow, slow. Takes all day for anything and everything..
Place is very busy er is often full having people like me and others campt out for extended times. Nurses, medical staff, doctors are all excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital, even satellite facilities.
I am giving University Hospital as a whole a 5 rating. This hospital is by far better than Metro Health. They are more caring and understanding, they are more considerate when you are having an issue. They are massive in reference to size and amount of facilities. Now you may have some people whom are having bad days themselves but that’s the price of people being people. I highly recommend this hospital and Cleveland Clinic over Metro everyday.
