In my experience, staff walking the halls are all very friendly and are willing to help people out if needed. I have been all over this hospital. The ER is the worst experience in terms of care. The staff are not as friendly in the ER. I saw some nurses without gloves or wearing the same gloves in multiple rooms. Surgical ICU was traumatic for me, but I had the best most caring RN, Jasmine. Tried setting up a new patient visit with a prospective PCP Dr. Gautham Rao. Was put into an examination room them not spoken to for an hour. I had to leave so I checked out. No care given. Clearly UH Main campus does not care about interal/family medicine. Do not come here if you are looking for a new primary care physician.

I've never seen a parking garage that gets a person lost after visiting UH Cleveland Bowell bldg. For a 5 minute parking the garage got me lost in east Cleveland for 45 minutes.
