This review is specifically in reference to whomever answers your department phone line. The patients calling you are anxious and scared. I hung up with the gentleman on the phone today in tears. He belittled me, made me feel like a nuisance and questioned my intelligence. I understand now that you do not provide results to patients. That does not mean I needed to be treated so poorly in order to find out. Shame on you for entering this field with such little compassion.
