The facility has everything avaliable to use; tons of machines, pools, weight room, and lots of classes. The machines are easy to use, but there is always someone to help you if needed. Assessments are done to understand what your goals are and how to reach them. I would highly recommend this facility!!
Just signed up for wellness center in Mentor. It’s been wonderful to use the therapy pool. Was set up with an exercise plan to help with some health issues. Absolutely would recommend this center to anyone looking for a health center.
Good Radiology Department, Excellent PT's and PTA's, Great Physicians, Nice equipment in rehabilitation area also open to the public for training! Swimming pool and Therapy pools available. Overall nice facility.
This was our first experience with UH and will be the last. We were not permitted to see or speak with Dr. Gordon upon arriving because mri scan images weren't sent. While we understand this doctor's policy, even though we had the scan dialogue, the receptionist is the reason we will be going elsewhere. She refused to check us in - which again, we understand why - but, we were rudely addressed, disregarded, and then she (literally) turned her back to us. Had appointment scheduled at orthopedic center to meet with Dr. and unfortunately had to deal with extremely abrasive and unhelpful receptionist. She was rude and her comments were unwarranted. If you hate your job this much, I would strongly recommend that you go into another field of work. People who are in pain and looking for help should not be forced to deal with an arrogant person while trying to check in.
