Dr Irvin is the worst Dr I have been to. She is constantly cancelling appointments on me and my wife. You will wait at least an hour to be seen by her. She is currently moving offices and sent a letter out that they are moving to a new Kent location. I got a call today and guess what... They cancelled my appointment AND they are moving to a completely different town. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!

My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:50 and filled out my paperwork then waited. At 10:35 while I was still in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she proceeded to tell me it shouldn’t be long. I don’t know why it is taking so long, they have 2 doctors here and the NP isn’t behind. I was called back at 10:45. The nurse practitioner, Janet, really took the time to listen to my concerns and help me with my questions about my medications and made sure to adjust and order new prescription s in a very timely manner. She is always very friendly and really listens to the concerns I have for myself and my family.
