Made my visit! Excellent cate and Doctor!
Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. He switched my appt and didn't even look or ask my primary care. I scheduled 2 different appts today's appt had been scheduled since 2025 as a new consult. Well that didn't happen instead of checking with my Dr he overrides the system and changed it. Yayy me another year wait. Dr Robert Richardson. Thank you for the giant waste of my time. They play games with people's health. Now they refuse to take my calls because they know they screwed up. The new staff that works in the family medicine office is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been going here for 10 years with my daughter, which speaks volume on how terrible the staff is now today. I will never go back to this location! They do not care about your hair or wellbeing.the manager Andrea is so insanely rude and lacks sympathy while caring for sick patients
