Thank God! This Hospital of Horror has finally closed!!!!!!! They say it’s staffing shortages/and influx of patients, the truth, they let people die here... and are facing multiple lawsuits.
Went to get some Blood drawn,The reception lady was extremely rude and abrupt,I was searching for my paperwork,And she was like can I help you and I was trying to tell her I was looking for my paperwork so I can tell her what I needed,And she cut me off saying Well the lab is closed from 12-1 Just her tone in a matter of fact way,I didn’t want to go back at 1 People need to be nicer,When they know people aren’t feeling well

PLEASE PLEASE READ. THIS REVIEW IS TO SHED SOME LIGHT ON HOW THE STAFF AT BEDFORD UH TREATS THEIR PATIENTS. I came into Bedford UH on Tuesday 04/12/22. My experience that day was pretty satisfactory. After a few days of still having symptoms i called the 24hr nurse hotline and was advised to return to the ER. Today is 04/15 and i returned to the ER.
