No major problems. Package pickup takes a while but that’s about it. Probably better to send packages to a locker or something.
Ion apartments are very good. I believe they are overhated by others because they are not used to living in areas that aren’t completely clean. I have no complaints about the living conditions or staff, but the hallways do have a rancid odor.
This place was absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches were everywhere — in the kitchen, bathroom, and even the hallways. The entire corridor reeked of a terrible smell that never went away, no matter how much you tried to ignore it. Management was a complete disaster: unresponsive, careless, and clearly not interested in solving residents’ problems. Every request for help was either ignored or brushed off. Living here was stressful, unhygienic, and miserable. Without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever lived in Baton Rouge.
Nobody handles issues and concerns better than Ms. Nijah at Ion BR!!! The customer service is so positive and she works so hard to ensure that the service is delivered at her best ability. If anyone can turn negatives into positives it would be Nijah!
We moved in and everything was fine our apartment is clean and everything works… OTHER THAN THE WASHER we’ve been here a week and can’t wash clothes because our washer in INFESTED with mold the mold is so bad there are stains on the seal and the smell inside is actually horrendous, we had to go down to the counter 3 times before they actually sent someone up to us and all they did was clean it with bleach… that may work for a man but three girls aren’t gonna sit around and wash their clothes in a washer infested with mold.
