Living at ION of Baton Rouge has been one of the most frustrating, disgusting, and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with housing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you’ve recently signed a lease here I’m sorry for you. This place has always had rat allegations especially on the 1st floor. This building is currently rat infested & has been for months. The issue has gotten so out of hand that you may see rats in broad daylight. The price of rent & added fees are way too high to be living in this type of environment.
