This is the classiest gym I've ever joined! They have lots of machines upstairs and down. All types of classes! Each locker room has a spa with jets on a timer, a steam room, sauna, showers, benches, a lap pool & a therapy pool at 92°! Body wash, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, makeup mirrors, a spinner to dry your Bathing suit & plastic bags to put them in. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Very clean facility. Equipment is newer and updated. Has a pool, sauna and hot tub. Excellent classes with exceptional instructors. A little pricier than other gyms.
Dr. Sheila Rice and her medical team of Michelle and Ashley showed unbelievable care and concern for my medical needs. Every concern or question I had was promptly addressed! I am very lucky to have medical personnel who are thorough and provide extensive advice to my needs! When I went to my chart to review my lab work, Dr. Rice had already read and communicated to me at 5:33am that morning!!!
