I was scheduled at this location for an MRI. When I arrived I found out they didn't have the mobile MRI there anymore. Had to reschedule. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was on fault of scheduling for not catching the error.
Great experience with the physical therapists but Maria the scheduler is incredibly unprofessional. I’m a foot and ankle surgeon and my step son ruptured his syndesmosis. We called to schedule PT and she stated that we would “be better served at T3 because his injury was insignificant”. Incredibly bold and misinformed statement coming from someone with no medical background.
Tomda, one of your schedulers, was absolutely incredible. One of the kindest, most personable and patient people I’ve spoken to in a while. I was having a horrible day after a bad cardiology appointment through Metro, and she managed to lift my spirits. I am suffering immensely from chronic pain, suspected fibromyalgia, PTSD, and heart issues. So thank you for being kind and treating me like a person.
