Called UH scheduling on March 27th to make an appointment, got a notification April 7th saying that there was an earlier appointment so I accepted it. Get a voice-mail this morning saying that my appointment has to be canceled because the dr isn't accepting new patients and that I shouldn't have made an appointment. UH scheduling made the appointment and then they wasted 11 days to let me know. Then they put the reason appointment canceled as "patient" If I could give zero stars I would 🤷♂️
Made an appointment in October. Because my doctor didn't tell me she was moving to Carolina. So I had to go find a new doctor and made that doctor appointment in October early as they could dawn was March because I had to do a new patient. Just got told that they have to reschedule for another month. When I've been in pain and needing to see a doctor they're rescheduling him. This is just unacceptable, a very unprofessional.
