Waited well over an hour for lab services and couldn't stay long enough to actually have them performed because I has to go back to work, was never advised to make an appointment, previously all my lab services were walk-in only. Ridiculous that walk-in is even an option if the wait is this long, and the least the staff could do at your annual appt. Is advise you to make an appointment instead of saying you can walk in.
This University Hospital has very poor services for their patients. There are too much details to go into. I am filing a complaint with the State Medical Board of Ohio. I recommend you go to the Cleveland Clinic, and not University Hospital Amherst.
Everything and Everyone were great in my care . Doctor and nurses so helpful and kind to handicap patients Thank you for great care
I went to the lab to have blood drawn. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and nice and it hardly even hurt
