I lived at UH Acadiana Apartments for one year, and my move-out experience was a nightmare. Even after paying the $400 termination fee and turning in my keys on July 29, they still charged me for August rent. On top of that, they continue adding utility fees to my account even though I no longer live there. The staff, especially at the front desk, are not trustworthy.
