Move in was great and stress-free. Communication with them was great as well, told me everything I needed to know before I moved in. The rooms are nice and clean too.
My daughter just moved into an Acadiana apartment, and as she was getting ready to go to class, she realized her car was missing from its parking spot. It had been towed! This seems like a way to cash in on college students trying to settle into a new environment. She certainly should have had her parking sticker, but she forgot it back home, which is 2.5 hours away. George from maintenance is active and friendly. He can fix anything like lights, fans, ceiling, washing machines, and microwaves. He does a lot of work: he is doing the job of at least 2 people. Agents are also helpful and nice.
Was daughter signed a one year lease and the building was infested with roaches. On move In day, I spoke with management regarding how filthy the unit was and it was never cleaned! Don't stay here...it's not worth the headache!!
