Predatory apartment complex. My mother lived here and I was her guarantor. They informed us that non-students needed to leave the apartment complex for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year so my mother moved out. We got a final move out statement, final walk through, returned the keys, and only after did they insist she had signed a lease for 2024-2025 and needed to stay (even though she is not a student and had vacated the premise). I'll begin by saying that my daughter emailed the corporate office over 24 hours ago and after no response I decided to go ahead with this review. My only regret is that zero stars is not an option for a review. She moved in on Tuesday, Jan. 7th of this year. That same weekend she became sick. 5 trips to urgent care later, a provider finally asked if she'd ever had allergy tested (she has not because it's never been an issue). I lived here for two years, and I strongly advise you to look elsewhere—don’t even consider this place. My room was cockroach-infested, and management was more interested in adding charges to my account than maintaining the apartments. When I moved out, I was unfairly charged for shower and blind damage, even though the shower was already in that condition when I moved in, and the blinds were supposed to be replaced due to age.
