Be aware if they want to hire you for your services. James Melton (the owner) will hire you, talk poorly about the people he hired before you (red flag), have you produce the work and then tell you that you're not good enough and will go back to the first contractor that he had just talked poorly about. He will tell you that he values relationships, and will promise to pay for the work performed, and then will ghost you completely. Do not trust him, and if you do, charge 100% up front before doing the work.

I worked for this company for only 6 months when the agreed contract was suppose to be a year. They are rude and very unprofessional. I have all valuable proof to provide if needed. They argue with they’re workers and don’t like to let you get your point across to them. I would not recommend anyone to work with these people. On the last day of meeting to receive our last payout. Where do I start ???? I would of gave them a -0 if it was an option . For the few months I have worked with them as a subcontractor they were a big headache. You could not ask questions with out them getting upset & out of character. We were talked about like dogs behind our backs . I used to work for the company they were wonderful people and I really enjoy them they play fair if you want to work that got work for you
