Horrible provider. She came in asked me questions and wrote on a piece of paper. Did no research on my condition referred me out, didn't help me at all. Then dropped me as a patient because I supposedly rescheduled for much. But they would reschedule me smh.
Dr Otto today was my very first visit with you I was not aware that your center was right here in front of the hospital I walked all over the hospital looking for you I had nurses calling I have six phone calls where I was calling to find out where you were and then I'm not seeing you because I am 10 minutes late I don't think that's very fair I think all new patients should have a little bit more time frame to make it to you I do not think it's fair at all the ones that have been coming that's on them but the new patients I... read more
Yes this Cancer Center is located in front of the hospital in Baytown on Garth Road the receptionist at the desk are very sweet and gets you register really fast doesn't take but a couple of minutes and they call you back they take your vials and do very good job then you wait till the doctor comes in and Dr Otto the best there is very professional at everything she does she will ask you what brings you in today and let her know what you need and all the pain you have if any and you and her together will work on getting you ... read more
I thank Dr. Odo is a great caring Dr I trust her with all my heart. She is very nice and cares about her patients if you have cancer go see her and trust her.
