Alice from Naperville, made an appointment for the 12th of this month to have my bathtub painted. The gentleman I talked with on the phone said they would be here or call around 9:40 to 10:00 Monday morning To let me know what time they would be here on Monday. I waited all day. I called multiple times with no answer but voicemail. Called the next day which was Tuesday, just voicemail. Just called today which is Wednesday the 14th. Just voicemail. At this point I’m very sad. Why have they ghosted me?

I am a past customer. I have called 6 times and no answer will someone please contact me? Thank you. Does anyone know if this place is still in business?
Had my tub down last year and it still looks brand new. Happy Customer and the tech was super friendly.
I have used this company two times and they were very good and the tubs looked great!
