RecommendedI had Ugly Ductling come out today and clean our vents. Not only were they prompt, but they were early (called and asked if that would be ok, first). They were clean, friendly, great customer service, extremely thorough, and respectful of my house, kids, and pets. This was my first ever duct cleaning. Chris walked me through everything, taught me a bit about my house, and laughed with me at some of the items found in my vents. I will not hesitate to call them again!
Excellent service from their team. The reason why I am writing this review is the unique/mindful approach they take. I was asked a few questions that pertained to owning pets as well as the age ranges of my children and how poor ventilation could impact their health. In my 16 years of being a homeowner I have never had a duct cleaning company ask me profiling questions like that. To me, that was the differentiator to compel me to write a review. Well done guys!
We just moved into a new Townhouse and discovered that the dryer was blowing only cold air. I found Ugly Ductling on Yelp and gave them a call. I scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. They called on the day of the appointment to let me know that they were running a few minutes late. Matt and Brandon replaced a faulty pipe attached to our dryer and thoroughly cleaned it. They were very courteous and did not charge us any more than the initial quote. Definitely recommend Ugly Ductling!

I highly recommend this air duct cleaning company! I found it looking through Facebook and I couldn’t believe how easy it was to contact via email, their quick response, easy booking, and early arrival on the day of! I even was able to leave and do errands and came back to my house smelling amazing and everything completed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you so much for making this an easy process all around!!!!!
