Purchased kitchen cabinets from here after being told by the salesman Bill that the GHI (made in CHINA) "white shaker" cabinets were all plywood. NOT ALL PLYWOOD. BE AWARE THIS ARE PARTIAL PIECES OF PLYWOOD AND THE REST MDF. I was showed a cabinet put together and from the top it appeared to be plywood. When I went to The Ugly Duck, the first thing I told them was I needed items that were in stock or at least at a local warehouse to be available within a couple of days. I completely understand that items are messed up because of the shortage of items in the world and that is why I said this upfront. Within a week we got a call that our entire order was ready, doors, trim, shiplap, and casings. if i could give it a minus score, i'd give a minus 5 easy. these people are rude, uncooperative and bad business people in general. owner is the worst person you could possibly have to deal with if there is an issue and does not care one bit about taking care of a customer let alone standing behind their product which turns out is all imported Chinese crap. bad people, bad products and horrendous policies. do yourself a solid and go anywhere else even if it means paying more, you'll be far better off
