Our clients make appointments prior to the same day, we try to do our due diligence to get everybody in on their time we do the best to squeeze everybody in even if we are overbooked. In a case with a dog having an ear infection we are not veterinarians which was explained to you today,we clean out everybody's dog's ears that is part of the grooming process. Your dog never fell off of the table he was in my arms at all times ,he was crying out for his nails as you and any customer may watch through our window we hide nothing... read more
