Stop in and was shopping for a 2026 Corvette. Customer service was fine and not pushy.
I took my Chevy SSR to this company after checking to make sure they could work on this limited vehicles convertible roof. I was happy to get the news they could repair it and immediately took it in. It ended up being a 3 month process. During that 3 months I had to constantly call to see what was going on instead of being updated with the status of everything. 2 phone calls in a 3 month period is unacceptable.
