The sales and finance staff were superb. I usually detest buying cars, but this was pleasant. The service department is horrible, don’t answer their phones, auto schedule appointments without notifying you. Im still waiting 4 months for a part for my old car. And service just asked me again about this part, so they dont even know i just bought a new car at the same place. It almost kept me from buying another Subaru. Hope im not sorry.
We went to 3 other dealerships prior to Uftring.At those places we spent most of our time waiting for help..at Uftring we were helped right away, our salesman was amazing, he listened to us and went above and beyond to helps us into the car we were looking for. Our experience with finance dept was just as amazing. We couldn't be happier with out experience
