I engaged this company to fix our ac unit and freezer on friends recommendation. I spent $4000.00 approx and the freezer problem was not fixed. Juan does not value customer time , money and customer service. He did not respond for weeks and we lost food . After numerous requests, no one showed up and we never got any invoice. We had to contact another company to fix the problem. If you don't want to be scammed and loose money , do not engage this company Thanks
Great customer service. Was at the house only a few a hours after my frantic call that the A/C was out. Had the A/C up & running in no time at all. Fee was very reasonable. I would recommend Juan to everyone.

We highly recommend Juan and his service! Called same day, he was out and heater was fixed next day! Great pricing, very friendly, and answered all of our questions! We had a great experience with this company! Highly recommend!
Juan and U First was a lifesaver, literally!! My family was without a/c for 8 days while working with my home warranty. The first company stood us up at our appointment time on a Friday-no call, no answering the phone, no return calls. The warranty tried unsuccessfully calling them as well. Then the warranty sent a work order to a different company, that company came out to assess, got approval, and scheduled a time for repair with me. It was 116 degrees that day.
