RecommendedI love Ufirst on Rugar Street because they know me by name and I don’t even have to give my account #. They see me and have my account all pulled up. I won’t mention any names or maybe I will but there is this one awesome teller Jenna Stanton that always gets me and has a cheerful smile and encouraging words every time.

I have been banking at UFirst since I was a freshman in highschool back in 2007. Anytime I don't understand something or have a question, the staff does their best to figure out the answer for me quickly. I also haven't had any issues with any staff. they are all so welcoming when I arrive at drive thru or inside the bank. I also want to shout out to Eric, who helped my fiance and I get our car loan doing everything he could to make sure we got it under the circumstances we have!! Why didn't I join sooner?? It's not "fee-happy" which makes ME happy. and always excellent customer service.
I have been with UFirst for thirty plus years . Always had great service and friendly faces. I love that we can transfer right on our phone or iPad, without traveling to the credit union.
The staff at UFirst is exceptional! The personal touches of knowing their members just by walking in the door to a simple phone call or email for a loan or assistance within minutes. Thanks for all you do to make banking a happy place!
