Awful. Crooks! Everyone who gave 5 stars is either related or friends with these people. Sold my aunt a car that’s unsafe to drive.
Jim who is my sales person was incredibly patient and incredibly kind and not pushy at all. I am 71 years old and I can be a real pain in the neck and he was patient and smiling and sweet anyway! Their cars and vehicles are all immaculate and reasonably priced. It is a no pressure auto sales! I highly recommend them, I give them five stars maybe 10 LOL.
I think you need to straighten out Title problems for Jennifer Briggs before you have the Attorney General and MA licensing board on your back. I am sure they both would love to look into your business. This is a single Mom who bought a car from you and you need to make things right with her so she can get her car registered!!!
