If you need to improve your job and form a union these are the guys to do it with. They truly care about all workers and will do everything the can to help you and your co workers out.
The UFCW does not represent the new workers at Kroger well. We do not get time and a half on the Weekends or on holidays. We get payed less than employees at Walmart or Target. All they expect out of you is your union dues which are taken out every week which amounts to more than the Michigan Tax. It is a weak union. I have received very little representation from the Union.
