I’ve been a member here for 6 years. When I joined, the gym was new and well maintained. Over time, it has steadily fallen into disrepair, and it’s now clear that basic maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities. Equipment & gym floor: There has been no meaningful equipment investment in years. Many red vinyl pads are torn and "repaired" with duct tape. A cable machine has been broken for months. Great coaches, great atmosphere, and tough workouts that really make you better. UFC Gym has helped me improve my technique and stay motivated. Highly recommend!
If you scroll through the reviews, you’ll notice a common theme — everyone talks about how great of a trainer Sebastian is. This review won’t be much different. Sebastian has been excellent to work with, constantly pushing me to improve while introducing new techniques and combinations that keep every session challenging and engaging.
This is an excellent gym. They have a complete line of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The gym is clean and the staff is great.
