my fav gym by far. It’s never crowded and the staff is so kind and attentive to every need.
Great variety of classes, so much equipment, never have to wait for machines or equipment. Truly a one of a kind gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place for if you're just getting into fitness or if you've been on this path for years

UFC Gym Yorktown is an amazing gym with a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Josh, the GM, is friendly and knowledgeable. Ben, my personal trainer, has been incredible — motivating, patient, and great at tailoring workouts to my goals. I’ve already seen great results and feel stronger and more confident. The staff is always helpful and upbeat, the equipment is great, and the environment is positive and supportive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym with great trainers and awesome energy!
I have just started at UFC gym Yorktown . I can’t express how happy I am with the short two weeks I have been going . I love the HIIT / boxing classes . I love the members I am meeting along the way as well . I also need to mention the support they have for first responders . I am a FF/ PM and they welcomed me with open arms at a discounted rate just to show their appreciation for what we do .
