Great gym with great classes. Our entire family does the boxing/conditioning class (kids at 430 then adults at 530) and they’re a lot of fun!

My daughter has been a member of the gym for a couple years now. She absolutely loves it!! Mike, the owner and his coaches John and Pat are awesome . They have built a culture and environment that makes it easy for the kids to thrive. Very highly recommended.
