This is definitely the place to be if you want to learn high intensity boxing skills. I have been coming here for over a year and my technique has improved significantly! The staff here are really cool people! Highly recommend!
I've never been dissatisfied with this gym. Every time that I walked in there it felt like a family reunion, the atmosphere is great any time of the day. Classes are amazing, I learned a lot in every one of them.
Great gym with great classes. Our entire family does the boxing/conditioning class (kids at 430 then adults at 530) and they’re a lot of fun!
