This gym is permanently closed.
The staff is motivating and knowledgeable. The classes are exhausting, but you feel very accomplished when you finish. Outside of the classes they have everything you could find in a commercial gym with a lot less people to fight for time on machines, equipment, and free weights.

Very clean gym with professional Trainers and Coaches. Always recommended for people looking for a place geared towards general fitness, boot camps, or learning/perfecting martial arts.Very Veteran Friendly
