I love the family environment when you walk in to the gym. All of the instructors are helpful and friendly. I feel extremely motivated to go in daily. The management team is wonderful and so humble. I personally like taking coach Matt's class and class with Coach Alex on Saturdays. Coach Jordan is very knowledgeable when it comes to everything boxing. Feel free to pick his brain apart. Coach Grant makes class fun.The classes are intense and you always feel like you got a good work out! I recommend this gym to everyone.
