My trainer Jorge is AMAZING! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always pushes me to do my best without making me feel pressured. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength and confidence since training with him only in two weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real results and a positive environment!
I consider it important to repair several machines that are currently not working, as well as the benches that are damaged and have large holes.
Great gym, great staff, good if your trying to learn a new sport or if your already experienced, guy with long hair is the best at front desk
Really good gym to both lift and also train martial arts. I recommend it to anyone. The front desk guy with long her is really friendly and is very helpful
