Great gym
Valery at the front desk makes a fire shake
Muay Thai classes are super fun and make starting really easy. The effort given by the staff shows, Valery is funny and nice. The gym is consistently managed and rarely disappoints. Never have had issues with machines being out of order for extended periods of time or neglected facilities. All around a great place to lift, a fantastic place to pick up martial arts, and a solid place to get a haircut from the in house barber shop.
This gym is sooo good. It’s always clean, the locker rooms are spotless, and there’s an abundance of machines to choose from. The staff are also super friendly and welcoming. They have a posing room and sauna which is a huge plus. Parking is easy, and being open 24/7 is super convenient for my schedule. Definitely one of the better gyms in the area
