I joined the UFC Gym in Merrillville just over a year ago and I'm in the best shape of my adult life, that's what this gym and all the knowledgeable trainers will get you! The schedule works, morning noon and or night and the gym is always clean. The trainers are all great, very knowledgeable and patient. If you’re serious about getting in the best shape of your life, Ufc Gym Merrillville is the place to go. The coaches mix up the classes and personnel training sessions which make the classes intense but fun at the same time. Coaches Rick, Deray, Emanuel, and Caleb will push you mentally and physically to bring the best out of you.
