Not worth the price 1. DUT strength classes start late because the instructors wait for the late comers before starting the class. This impacts everyone else's personal schedule who is on time. 2. Constantly changing instructors for boxing and DUT classes.
Signed up for my daughter to do kick boxing and travelled a long way to get there. Customer Service is non existent. My daughter was in a kids class not a youth class as advertised and was not doing kick boxing was as expected. Very disappointed & when I cancelled within cooling off period they refuse to refund $99 registration fee which is such poor service I understand the terms and contract but I also did not get what was advertised. Be careful.
Leaving another review because I left one years ago but think these guys deserve another 5 star rating. The new owners are absolutely awesome and welcoming. The coaches are experienced and friendly. The team there is unbelievable. In my time of 3 years at UFC Gym I loved every moment of it, from each of my classes with coach Ty, to the friendships made with other students. I couldn't recommend this gym anymore that if I didn't move interstate I would be there another 5-10 years at least.
Classes were good, team members ran the classes well. But when you give them written notice of cancellation, as required in the contract, they still charge you. I have been speaking to them for weeks and sadly it still hasn’t been resolved. Disappointing because it was a good gym. I am writing this review for future customers so they are aware of this and to join another gym.
