I initially left a 5 star review which I changed to 1 star before deleting. UFC gym scammed me, they charged my credit card for classes I didn’t sign up for -it was suppose to be a free boxing class but they charged my credit card on file even tho I never agreed to pay for any class on top if my membership. I was charged over and over again for classes I never signed up for, it was a “1 free boxing classes” offer that I accepted 1 time. Extremely poor customer service. I came in hoping to try the free 3-day trial, as I’ve never been a member or had any record with this gym. Despite this, the staff insisted I wasn’t eligible and repeatedly refused to honor the trial. Instead of welcoming me or giving me a chance to explore the facility, they were aggressive and pushy, constantly trying to force a membership onto me. I felt completely unwelcome, dismissed, and pressured. This is not how a potential new member should be treated.
Always clean, staff is very friendly and most folks are here to work out. Great gym
