I paid for a 3-year family membership upfront — in full — over two years ago. Now, with six months left on my contract, UFC Gym is telling me one of my kids isn't covered under the plan and would need to pay $800 to attend classes. After 2.5 years of no communication about any issue with our membership, this is the first we're hearing of it. If there was ever a question about who was included, it should have been addressed at the time of purchase — not two and a half years later. Just had the worst experience. We called to cancel our membership but was told we needed to come into cancel. So my son shows up to cancel and the person at the front said Kasee the manager needed to approve. My son waited and then was told Kasee said she was too busy. So in the interim I send an email to Kasee saying we needed to cancel. Kasee did not respond. So I sent another email a week or so later, still no response from Kasee.
