I'm enjoying the gym but the music is always TOO LOUD in the main workout area. It's so loud that I can't hear my noise cancelling headphones. There are numerous reviews on here confirming this. Can the management please fix this? All it takes is adjusting a volume knob and making a note of it for other employees. Please? I'll happily revise this review once it's fixed.

Got a cold call from Jidell? Jaydale? However his name is spelt. the assistant general manager!? called me while I was in the middle of something and was very rude from the gate saying bro this bro that like we were related. But what struck me was when he said "I wasn't tryin to sit on the phone all day"and then abruptly hanging up on me. One of the best gyms in this area. Usually not crowded, the equipment is in good shape and pretty new, there is a separate sauna for men and women, and there is a shake bar. The only thing they should improve is the volume and type of music. sometimes the music is way too loud, and the type of music is not appropriate.

Five-star experience all around. Jaden at the front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, and considerate of my needs as a member. He took the time to listen and made sure I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in.
