Friendly people and great equipment, would recommend
We purchased a family membership and my kid can no longer attend classes because according to them he was never included in the plan. No one told us this for over two years. Now if he wants to come back it's $800. We paid for a family membership — that should mean the whole family. Completely unacceptable.
I paid for a 3-year family membership upfront — in full — over two years ago. Now, with six months left on my contract, UFC Gym is telling me one of my kids isn't covered under the plan and would need to pay $800 to attend classes. After 2.5 years of no communication about any issue with our membership, this is the first we're hearing of it.
