I'm a current member and typically just come in for my workouts. Unfortunately, this gym largely falls short in customer service, which is why I’m giving it a one-star review. I've been with this gym for nearly seven years, and the staff member who signed me up has never acknowledged me, my progress, or even offered a simple thank you or hello. New Equipment is nice. Especially the additional squat racks. Space is kept clean and staff is always helpful.

Worst customer service in a gym I’ve ever been to. They make it impossible to cancel and pressure you into buying add-ons or extending your membership. I tried to cancel my membership after getting persuaded to re-up a year upfront. The representative I worked with dragged on (and still is) the process for 2 months and won’t give me a straight answer.
