UFC gym is amazing. made great friends, lost 30 lbs and I’m in the best shape of my life. The staff, trainers and coaches are some seriously cool good people. I love this gym. Highly recommend Coach Jason for BJJ. He runs the best classes I’ve been to in Hawaii.
***Updated 22Oct2025*** Changed from 3 stars to 4. Immediately after my review all showers were fixed. But random lockers are still broken and sauna nails are sticking out, a box of new wooden planks for sauna are awaiting to be installed for 4+ months. I love this Gym, I want it to be only better, hopefully the upstairs can be used for something in the future besides Michaels office where he hordes the bio pro plus, where I asked to purchase 4 times and front desk was unable to sell it to me.. More like a LA Fitness then a Combat sports facility. Boujee and unfriendly staff. Also the Sparring coach Allen accused and mocked me for having Autism, which was uncool of him.
