They incorrectly charged my sister an extra month. Took be ~20 calls over the course of 4-5 months to sort this out. 16 calls since I started to take notes of conversations to prevent getting random incorrect information from people. Log attached. Melanie from the staff is great. The interface with the corporate office is terrible and yields a pathetic customer experience.
