Nice staff.
They incorrectly charged my sister an extra month. Took be ~20 calls over the course of 4-5 months to sort this out. 16 calls since I started to take notes of conversations to prevent getting random incorrect information from people. Log attached. Melanie from the staff is great. The interface with the corporate office is terrible and yields a pathetic customer experience. This gym has been a huge disappointment. I joined specifically for the wrestling classes, but they were canceled without any warning. When I tried to cancel my membership, the staff was completely unhelpful. I've called multiple times, and each time they simply say they "can't help" me and refuse to process the cancellation. My billing date is the 19th, and I believe they are intentionally delaying my cancellation to charge me for another month of a service they no longer provide.
