Trash, really basic gym. No machines! Don't waste your time.
My wife and I have been coming to UFC Costa Mesa for over a year now. We really like the facilities, workout classes and trainers there. We’ve been working with Coach Victor on kickboxing training and have learned a lot! He’s been great at teaching us the fundamentals and increasing skills and confidence from there. Would recommend!
Cool gym with a decent amount of standard gym machines and a lot of punching bags and other training equip outside in the back which is pretty sweet. Taking a handful of lessons from Coach Victor and there has definitely been improvement in my cardio, coordination and endurance. Looking forward to the lessons I have left.
Don’t come here if you want to lose a lot of money for little rewards. I could already do 2000 push-ups everyday before I went here and it’s a waste of time. Go to a real gym unless you want to be a professional fighter. BUT IF NOT DONT JOIN HERE, THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO CANCEL LIKE IDIOTS.
