I tried so many times to call them to inform that I wanna cancel my membership but there was no one pick up the phone at all! What a unprofessional big gym system!
I initially signed up for a 1-year contract with this gym. Before my contract ended, I informed them that I did not want to continue. They told me I had to finish the full 52 weeks first and only then lodge a 4-week cancellation notice (which doesn’t make any sense to me). However, when I finally went to submit my cancellation notice (after completing the 52 weeks), I was told that the week in which I lodged the notice would not count as part of the 4 weeks.
