I cancelled my membership in August, Originally when we signed up we paid first and last months membership. Upon cancelling in August I was told I would have to pay for September as well even though we cancelled the first of August and paid for the last months bill already. We were charged for October and called them to have them reverse payment since we shouldn’t have been charged again and were told it would take 3 days to reverse. Owner closed gym with no notice, if you were charged for membership file a dispute with your bank. I did and they refunded the money the next day. If you want to keep training check out The Pit SLC.

Left for three months and ended up moving. They charged me two months and said I need to give 30 days notice. Basically paid two months for nothing. They hold you to agreements without recourse or understanding and the moment I mentioned my circumstance; “Nothing I can do you’re in an agreement and you signed up.” Don’t sign up.
