Honest things you will hea about this gym. First things first the guy right now that teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu at night. He’s very strict about People are showing up on time and having the right uniform when I went there. when I showed up something happened that the app were it Told told me to wear a GI when I didn’t have to—and needed a GI when the app stated it wasn’t needed for that Particular class , But according to him, I needed a GI When the app said I didn’t and he basically sent me home (While I’m paying months to... read more

Terry is an incredible therapist! Her knowledge of anatomy is outstanding. She starts by testing your movement, then works deeply into your muscles using a mix of stretching, cupping, and other effective techniques. Every session feels personalized and thorough. I always leave feeling so much better — she’s truly gifted, and such a kind, genuine person. I feel lucky to have found her and highly recommend her!

I had a great experience at UFC Fit San Jose. Don was super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The facility itself is top-notch — clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

I love UFC!!! I get all I need under one roof. Today I needed help from Terry (recovery expert). I was having pain in my left knee (arthritis) and her therapies are a tremendous help. I workout quite a bit and it is a priority for me to use the recovery room and all it has to offer to allow my body to recover from my tasking workouts and heal when I have any issues. Thank you Terry. You are the best😘😘😘
