I had a great experience at this location with my family. The customer service was great. Everyone was kind and patient. Arnold was very helpful to us. The gym equipment was up to date and clean. The facility itself was well organized and also very clean. Will definitely be coming back.

I found the staff to be very friendly, and the facilities in great shape. The reason for my one star review is due to the fact that I was promised that if I moved the remainder of my annual subscription would be refunded given that I prove my change in address. I have supplied my new driver's license, a copy of my lease, and a copy of my utility bill, and am now being ignored.
