Well, where do I begin? Long time UFC gym member here in Pines. This location started off great. Staff was always friendly and welcomed members in a polite manner. The gym was always clean and had air fresheners constantly going off. Everything was going great the first year. The saying goes all good things come to an end. Amenities are pretty cool but this gym needs some cleaning, I’ve been to Doral and this UFC PP and I can tell you they need to mop the floor.
Recently started going to this gym and I have to say I love it! The vibes are definitely there and the staff and people are so kind . I have to give a shoutout to Coach Tony, he is so kind and helpful. Today my car ran out of battery and he helped me start it up again! Definitely not something he had to do but I appreciate the support so much! Amazing support all throughout
Dale is one of the best fitness coaches I had in awhile the his class is one of a challenging class but with him never giving up and him pushing us to go harder I lost 5 pounds with taking 3 of his classes which was truly surprising because it's hard for me to lose weight every time I feel like I'm going to give up I always come back for more because I know it's rewarding
I've been a member of UFC Pines for a while, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Something changed...the customer service has drastically declined, and it's clear the new staff is inexperienced and untrained. On another note, l've seen Diego in the recovery area multiple times completely disengaged, playing video games on his phone instead of attending to members who are asking for help.
