I cancelled back in April of 2024. I rarely check my Amex bill, but I did in December, and to my surprise, they kept charging me. 12/8/25 I came to request a refund, of course, no manager is available to go outside because managing a gym must be like working on Wall Street. To wait 30 days for the refund and email the manager. 30 days went by and nothing. I’d give 5 stars, but the class schedule is a bit limiting. There is BJJ at 7 a.m., which is too early for me, and that class is coached by coach Jonathan, whose teaching style I really enjoy. He coached a noon class last week only because the main coach wasn’t available, and that session was excellent. I even won my first medal at an event, which really speaks to the quality of his coaching. I’d love to see coach Jonathan teach more morning classes, ideally earlier than noon. I have reviewed several comments stating that people are being charged without authorization and that it takes months to get a refund after submitting multiple requests. This is exactly what is happening to me right now. An additional month was charged to my card without my authorization, and today marks three months since this issue began. I will go again this week only to be told the same thing. This has truly discouraged me. It is a complete lack of respect. Melissa was sweet and helpful! She gave an amazing tour, along with explaining all the amenities in detail. She also explained the memberships in detail that I have no questions. She is so knowledgable. Still debating which gym to officially enroll.
