I can not praise this office enough! Dr. Chapurin and every staff member I came in contact with were professional, caring, and friendly. If I could, I would give a higher rating. Without a doubt I reccomend Shands ENT at the Oaks.
My first visit with Dr Loftus was great. I thought she really cared and was going to figure out what is causing my symptoms. She ordered an MRI and scheduled a follow up visit with her. Because of hardware in my leg I am unable to get an MRI. Because of that Dr Loftus suggested seeing me in a year! Is an MRI the only tool available? I don't get it. I am going to have to go to Orlando. Very disappointing.
