I went to this location 2/27, and was referred out due to needing surgery sooner than what was available. It is 3/7 and they’ve still not sent out the referral. I’ve been in contact with the office with no success of referral being sent, and I’ve been in contact with the office that is waiting to receive the referral. The place I’m supposed to be referred to has been in constant contact to update me that they’ve STILL NOT received the referral. I am always nervous when going to the gyn especially new ones. I’ve been to a few appointments in this office and never before felt that comfortable seeing a gyn until now. My first visit was with Cheryl and she was amazing. She knew I was scared and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She was warm and caring and took the time to answer all my concerns. TLDR: They screwed up my wife's first appointment when entering it into the system and refused to see her when we arrived early for the actual agreed upon time. Promised follow up never occurred. My wife made an initial appointment here via the phone. The appointment was set for 1:40, which as a teacher is the absolute earliest that she can be there from Southern Georgia to this location.
