My doctor sent in multiple requests for a breast ultrasound, when I arrived I was told I had to have a mammogram first. Afterwards i was told that an ultrasound wasn't necessary even though my records state I'm to have one during every annual screening. The tech said "yeah we're not doing it if it's not necessary". 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying mammogram do not detect 10% of breast cancer in dense breasts. I have dense breasts. I refuse to return here.
