This place is a joke, call twice finally an hour and a half later they call me back, only to tell me that they don't have enough stuff for to do my mammogram and it's going to take another 24 to 48 hours and that I should call them if I don't hear from them, they obviously don't care about people. I have had breast cancer and cancer in my lymph node and I never had to wait like this. Totally ridiculous.
Very Professional staff. Considerate of my privacy in an appropriate gown. I could make an appointment that included the Radiologists reviewing my digital mammogram with me. Time allowed in-between appointments allows for a smooth schedule so my appointment was in-time. Easy parking.
The black woman working the check-in desk is very unpleasant. I spoke to her when I was checking in and she didn't say a word but just looked at me funny, but I couldn't help but to notice that every white patient that came in for their appointment she did greeted them, and I then told her to have a nice day when I was leaving and she still didn't say a word a person like that with a such a cold heart nasty attitude and extremely unprofessional shouldn't be assisting patients out in public
The girl at the front desk Katarina is extremely rude. She has an extremely bad temper, and I don't think she should work there.
Ive been calling for 3 days, and leaving a message for a call-back, to schedule a bone density test, but haven't yet received a call-back.
