Have you scheduled at one time but you don't see the doctor for nearly an hour after your kids scheduled appointment. Just to have a resident come in and check my child that I didn't approve of. To wait another 15 mins just to see the doctor your had an appointment with. Not everyone has the time of day to wait around for an hour past the scheduled appointment time. Scheduled an appointment over the phone but never got any reminders, so I called and they told me I had no appointment? Never told me anything about a cancellation. My wife and I were in the room together when I made the appointment. I even checked my schedule and took a day off work. I confirmed that the doctor I was supposed to see still worked there. Now I wasted an entire month I could've used to find somewhere else. This place is a disorganized disaster, and there's a reason the reviews for this place are so horrid
I can not give enough praise and appreciation to Holly, the CSR at the Urgent Care front desk. Through the many interactions I’ve had with her through the years, she has always gone above and beyond with compassion and help when she can. This week she quite literally saved my employment by being the only person to assist me with necessary paperwork my job required and ensuring I got the help I needed. Tried to make an appointment for my son after being on hold for 20 minutes. Tyra transferred me to Pediatrics and I had to wait another 20 minutes before Michelle told me she was unable to help me.
