We were told there would be 2 hour wait for a telehealth appointment ! Absolutely ridiculous. Highly disappointed
Been trying to reach this facility again for over 6 minutes and waited for over 6 minutes an again 5 and stll NO PICK UP???
UF at WEC. Arrive before 10 with a possible eardrum rupture on a Saturday morning. They didn't open the place until 10:20 then I was informed that there are no doctors and it would be a computer consultation. Not exactly what I expected for something advertised as urgent care and walk in. Sitting at Advent now with no problems

This is not a great addition to the WEC property. They are difficult to work with, not very skilled at what they do, customer service is terrible. Needed an xray done on my daugthers wrist and they would not do it, very basic. Go elsewhere, many highly rated options in Ocala. Too bad as we were at WEC riding and it is on property.
