I have bladder cancer in which they remove a tumor in March 2025 and scheduled a cystectomy for September 2025 , my problem is with their staff . I was in Northern Michigan where the closest VA facility is 147 miles away . I started bleeding heavy blood and it took 4 hours for” Melissa” to tell me to go to a local ER , then when trying to get my medical history of my bladder cancer to the treating physician or inform my Urologist of the problem an alleged nurse , “LESLIE “, told me I could request them and I could have them ... read more
By far the best medical care!! EVERY single person who we came in contact with was courteous, friendly and helpful!! The medical staff is so very compassionate and knowledgeable! So grateful to have them all as part of our care team.
